When can I expect my order?
The ring is made to order. The lead time now is about 3 to 4 weeks. The standard shipping time within US is about 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping is 1-2 days. If need it sooner, please let us know the date, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Thank you.
Sizing details
We make rings using US standard ring size measurement tools. Please visit a local jeweler to get your ring size. It is highly recommended to visit two different local jewelers to get an agreed measurement. Or get a finger sizer to double check. Please message in for more detail.
Payment plan
If interest, we can setup two or three payments. After first one, each payment will be $3 extra to cover extra fee. I will start the making process of the ring upon first payment. And I will ship the ring out after I have the last payment and when the ring is ready.

The ring shipped on time, carefully packaged, but being an older lady, it did not occur to me that just maybe my thumb knuckle had become larger. I could not even get it over my knuckle! I explained the situation to Gene, fully expecting an apology and an explanation that there was nothing he could do. After all, I asked for a size 7 and that is what I got. Instead, he asked me to send it back to him and he enlarged it for at no charge, and sent it to me quickly. The ring is so beautiful and detailed, just like the picture, but I will always cherishs it. I wear it everyday just to remind me of the kindness and generosity that is still in the world and most especially in Gene. If you are considering buying any jewelry,you should consider buying from Gene. You will be blessed for it. Thank you!
